Joey Profeta began his career at The Palm in 1995, straight out of the Culinary Institute of America, as Sous Chef at The Palm Philadelphia. From there, he moved to The Palm at the historic Huntting Inn in East Hampton, graduated to Executive Chef at The Palm Denver, then made the bold move from the “Back of the House” to the “Front of the House” as General Manager at The Palm Charlotte, where he has presided since 2005. An avid sports fan, Joey’s favorite spot in the restaurant is the NASCAR wall that features Joe Gibbs and other stock car racing legends, who regularly dine at the restaurant. His wonderful staff “lives and breathes The Palm, and embraces every guest like family.” Beloved and trusted by his many regulars and staff members, Joey hosts a wide range of annual fundraisers for local and national charities.
