General Manager of Nashville

Andrew Delclos has served as General Manager of The Palm Nashville since 2024. A Baltimore native, he began his hospitality career with Landry’s in 2016 at The Oceanaire Seafood Room, working his way from busser to management before becoming General Manager of the Baltimore location and earning Oceanaire’s General Manager of the Year recognition in 2021.

Today, Andrew is proud to lead one of Nashville’s iconic steakhouses, where he is dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. He values the opportunity to work alongside a talented team while welcoming both local guests and visitors from around the world to The Palm.
