Jeff Hubbard

General Manager

Jeff Hubbard has been with The Palm since January 2024 and serves as General Manager of the Atlanta location. With more than 15 years of hospitality experience, he began his career at Walt Disney World and has since held a variety of restaurant leadership roles, developing a passion for exceptional guest service and building strong, hospitality-driven teams.

Jeff enjoys creating genuine connections with guests and ensuring every visit is welcoming, seamless, and memorable. Outside of work, he is a proud cat dad to Weasley and Jack, whose personalities keep life entertaining.

Alexandra Knoten

Sales & Events Manager

Alexandra Knoten has been with The Palm Restaurant Group since 2021 and serves as Sales & Events Manager for The Palm Atlanta. With more than a decade of experience in hospitality, event sales, and operations, she has held leadership roles with The Palm, Hotel Indigo Atlanta Vinings, and The Roosevelt Hotel, a Waldorf Astoria property in New Orleans.

Specializing in corporate events, private dining, and large-scale event execution, Alexandra is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and building lasting client relationships. Drawing on her New Orleans hospitality roots, she brings personalized service and attention to detail to every event she plans.

Glenn Mills

Executive Chef

Atlanta native Executive Chef Glenn Mills began his culinary journey at age 14 and trained at Atlanta’s acclaimed AAA Four Diamond La Grotta Ristorante, where he built a strong foundation in classical Italian cuisine. He later worked at top restaurants across the country before joining The Oceanaire Seafood Room in 2017, gaining extensive leadership experience across several premier restaurant concepts.

In May 2026, Chef Mills joined The Palm Steakhouse as Executive Chef. Dedicated to preserving The Palm’s legacy as a classic Italian steakhouse, he focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences through USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, signature Italian-inspired dishes, and warm hospitality. Outside the kitchen, Glenn enjoys sports, golf, and spending time with his wife, Penny.
