Michael Martin

General Manager

Michael Martin joined The Palm family in 2002 and has welcomed guests at four Palm locations across the country while also serving as The Palm’s Senior Director of Operations. With more than 40 years of hospitality experience, he brings extensive industry expertise and a passion for exceptional guest service to The Palm Las Vegas.

Throughout his career, Michael has earned numerous honors, including The Palm’s prestigious Gigi Award and Operator of the Year. Known for his dedication to hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, he continues to uphold the standards of excellence that have defined The Palm for generations. When he’s not at the restaurant, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on his beloved New York Knicks.

Jennifer Calderon

Sr. Sales & Events Manager

Jennifer Calderon serves as the Senior Sales & Events Manager for The Palm Restaurant, bringing more than 12 years of expertise in luxury hospitality, weddings, and event management. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a proud military spouse, Jennifer joined The Palm team in 2019 and has since become a trusted partner for clients planning memorable events.

With a passion for creating exceptional experiences, Jennifer oversees a wide range of gatherings, from elegant social celebrations and weddings to intimate corporate dinners and executive events. Known for her strategic vision, attention to detail, and commitment to flawless execution, she works closely with clients to transform ideas into seamless, unforgettable occasions.

Chef Jorge Conde began his culinary journey at age 16, turning an early job in a professional kitchen into a lifelong passion and career. Over the years, he has built his expertise in a variety of kitchens, learning from talented chefs while developing his own approach to culinary excellence. As he approaches five years with The Palm, Jorge continues to grow as both a chef and a leader, embracing new challenges and striving for excellence in every service.
