Andrew Delclos
General Manager
Andrew Delclos has served as General Manager of The Palm Nashville since 2024. A Baltimore native, he began his hospitality career in 2016 at The Oceanaire Seafood Room, working his way from busser to management before becoming General Manager of the Baltimore location and earning Oceanaire’s General Manager of the Year recognition in 2021.
Today, Andrew is proud to lead one of Nashville’s iconic steakhouses, where he is dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. He values the opportunity to work alongside a talented team while welcoming both local guests and visitors from around the world to The Palm.
Tina Tackett
Sales & Events Manager
Tina Tackett has been a valued member of The Palm Nashville team for the past five years. A Nashville resident for more than 30 years, she has had the unique opportunity to witness and appreciate the city's remarkable growth and evolution.
With a strong background in the hospitality industry that spans hotels, attractions, and restaurants, Tina proudly considers herself a “restaurant person” at heart. She is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and takes pride in adding a personalized touch to every event. Whether coordinating a corporate gathering, rehearsal dinner, or special celebration, Tina is dedicated to ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed and every guest feels welcomed and appreciated.
Whit Bradford
Executive Chef
Chef Whit Bradford grew up in a small Tennessee town between Nashville and Chattanooga, where family meals prepared by his grandparents sparked an early appreciation for food. Years later, while serving as a missionary in Russia, he discovered a passion for cooking and the meaningful connections great food can create.
After gaining experience in restaurant kitchens, Whit joined The Palm Nashville following the pandemic and quickly advanced through the ranks to Sous Chef. Today, as Executive Chef, he brings a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, continuing The Palm’s tradition of exceptional food and service for guests in Nashville.
