Christopher Gilman

General Manager 

Christopher Gilman began his career with The Palm in Dallas in 1984 as a busser and steadily advanced through the ranks into leadership roles across the company. Over the course of his career, he served as Managing Director of The Palm’s flagship New York City restaurants, became the company’s first Regional Manager, and later led successful Palm locations in New York, Los Angeles, and East Hampton.

Today, Christopher serves as General Manager of The Palm at the historic Huntting Inn in East Hampton. With more than four decades of hospitality experience, he is recognized for his leadership, commitment to exceptional guest experiences, and dedication to mentoring future hospitality professionals. His contributions earned him the honor of Landry’s Hospitality Division The Palm's General Manager of the Year.

Kelsey Coughlan

Senior Sales & Events Manager

Kelsey Coughlan, Senior Sales & Events Manager for both New York City and our East Hampton location has been a member of The Palm family since 2018. She brings over 15 years of hospitality experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and helping clients create memorable events of all sizes. Her favorite part of event planning is being a part of her guests’ special moments and turning their visions into lasting memories. She thrives in the fast-paced energy of New York City and enjoys the excitement and unique opportunities that come with planning events in one of the world's most dynamic destinations. Her passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to service ensure that every event is executed seamlessly from start to finish.

Noe Campos

Executive Chef

Chef Noe Campos has built his culinary career through hard work, dedication, and a passion for hospitality. Starting as a dishwasher in 2005, he worked his way through the kitchen ranks, honing his skills with acclaimed restaurant groups including BLT Restaurants, Le Bilboquet, Bobby Van’s, and Jean-Georges’ Topping Rose House.

After joining The Palm East Hampton as Sous Chef, Noe advanced to Executive Chef through his leadership and commitment to excellence. Today, he oversees the kitchen at The Palm’s iconic East Hampton location within The Huntting Inn, bringing more than two decades of experience and a dedication to quality, consistency, and exceptional hospitality.
