George Forman
General Manager
George Forman is an award-winning General Manager known for leading high-volume, high-profile restaurants and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His career includes leadership roles with STK Steakhouse and Philippe by Philippe Chow, where he has overseen multimillion-dollar operations, built high-performing teams, and opened new restaurants.
A 2026 RAMW RAMMY Manager of the Year semi-finalist, George combines business acumen, personality, and passion to create memorable experiences for guests and teams alike. His philosophy is simple: build great teams, know your guests, and create a little magic every day.

Lily Cohen
Lily Cohen is a Northern Virginia native with more than 18 years of hospitality experience. After attending Linden Hall in Pennsylvania and Stetson University in Florida, she returned to the area and built a successful career in catering, event planning, and hospitality leadership. Lily joined The Palm in 2021, attracted by its rich history and reputation for exceptional guest experiences.
As Senior Sales & Events Manager, Lily specializes in creating seamless, memorable events tailored to each client's vision. Her attention to detail, personalized approach, and commitment to outstanding service ensure every gathering, from corporate functions to social celebrations, is thoughtfully executed from start to finish.

Blaz Salmeron
Executive Chef
Born in a small town in El Salvador, Chef Blaz Salmeron began his culinary career as a dishwasher at age 16. Through hard work, perseverance, and a passion for hospitality, he rose through the ranks to become Executive Chef of The Palm Tysons Corner.
A dedicated member of The Palm family for 27 years, Chef Blaz is known for his leadership, mentorship, and commitment to excellence. His travels throughout Europe, Latin America, and his native El Salvador have shaped his culinary perspective and inspired his approach to creating memorable dining experiences.
