Joey Profeta
General Manager
A proud Philadelphia native and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Joey Profeta began his journey with The Palm in 1995. With more than 30 years of experience with the brand, he has built an extensive career across Palm locations in Philadelphia, East Hampton, Denver, and Charlotte, transitioning from the kitchen to restaurant leadership in 2005.
Today, as General Manager of The Palm Charlotte, Joey combines his culinary background with a deep passion for hospitality to create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. His commitment to exceptional service, strong guest relationships, and The Palm’s traditions helps ensure every visit reflects the personalized hospitality that has defined the brand for generations. Erin Poritzky
Sales & Events Manager
Erin began her hospitality career in Houston in 2003 at one of the largest independently owned restaurants in the country. She joined the Landry’s family in 2018 at Brenner’s Steakhouse, where she developed expertise in both restaurant operations and event planning, earning a promotion to Bar Manager while continuing to support special events and private dining experiences.
In 2022, Erin joined The Palm Charlotte as Sales & Events Manager. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience across a variety of front-of-house roles, she brings a unique perspective to event planning and guest service. Passionate about bringing clients’ visions to life, Erin takes pride in creating seamless events and building lasting relationships with every guest she serves.

Chef Sean Sennett brings decades of culinary leadership and hospitality experience to The Palm. A Certified Executive Chef (CEC), he has led kitchens at acclaimed restaurants, luxury hotels, and private clubs, earning a reputation for excellence, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences throughout his career.
At The Palm, Sean combines classic technique with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Dedicated to mentoring his team and showcasing the finest ingredients, he upholds the traditions of quality, service, and hospitality that have defined The Palm for generations while creating the exceptional experiences that keep guests coming back.
